Mayfare is a three-eye shoe cut from cherry-red Arcadia leather, designed to change as it is worn. The glossy finish starts out bold, and scuffs, creases and movement wear away the top layer, revealing a deeper red underneath.

That means no two pairs look the same. The shoe sits on a low, smoky sole and has a smooth black welt without contrast stitching – a simple stage for leather that changes along with you.
