Other Cups
Stanley thermal mugs outside the Quencher range – Aerolight, IceFlow and classic models. Lighter designs, leak-proof lids and capacities suitable for everyday use.
Insulated cups at RunColors
As well as the Quencher, Stanley offers several ranges that differ in weight, leak-proofing and drinking method. The Aerolight is noticeably lighter than the classic steel version, the IceFlow features a fold-away straw and a leak-proof seal, whilst the classic models focus on simplicity and durability. This category is for those who find the Quencher unsuitable due to its weight or lack of a fully leak-proof seal.
Aerolight – lightness
The Aerolight Transit weighs noticeably less than a comparable steel mug, whilst retaining its vacuum insulation. It’s a good choice for a rucksack or for cycling, where every hundred grams makes a difference. The lid is airtight, so the mug can be laid on its side – unlike the Quencher.
IceFlow and classic models
IceFlow has a foldable straw that you tuck away into the lid – when folded, the mug is leak-proof and takes up less space. Classic Stanley mugs have the simplest design: a screw-on lid, no moving parts, and very few components that can go wrong. They work best with hot drinks.
Which mug is for what?
For the car and the desk – the Quencher or the Classic. For your rucksack and your bike – the Aerolight or the IceFlow, as they’re leak-proof. For hot coffee – models without a straw, which retain heat better and don’t burn you when you drink from them. For each product, we specify the capacity, weight and type of lid.
Durability and after-sales service
Stainless steel does not absorb odours and does not become discoloured by coffee or tea. The seals wear out the quickest – they can be replaced separately, without having to buy a new mug. It is best to wash the painted surface by hand, as dishwasher detergents can cause the colour to fade over time.
