The waterproof versions keep what matters most in the Cloud 6: a light build, a stable and springy sole with Zero-Gravity CloudTec® cushioning, a Speedboard® plate and an easy step-in. On top of that comes protection from water – for the city in autumn, rainy days and travel.
Waterproof or Geo Waterproof?
- Cloud 6 Waterproof – the classic Cloud 6 silhouette with a waterproof membrane and a denser mesh. Rubber inserts in the sole improve grip. Speed laces. 8 mm drop, approx. 296 g.
- Cloud 6 Geo Waterproof – a version for the city and easy trails: a fully waterproof multi-layer upper, a durable nylon mudguard, a toe cap, a Missiongrip™ outsole and toggle laces. 8 mm drop, approx. 329 g.

Sizing
On shoes fit like Nike and New Balance – choose the same size. In larger sizes, compare the insole length (CM tab) with the shoes you wear.

Do On shoes need breaking in?
No. In our experience, On shoes fit right from the start and you can wear them all day.
Is the Cloud 6 Waterproof waterproof?
Yes, it has a waterproof membrane that protects your feet from rain and puddles. In very deep water, though, water can still get in over the top of the shoe.
How is it different from the regular Cloud 6?
It has a membrane, a denser mesh and a grippier sole. This makes it a little heavier: approx. 296 g instead of approx. 267 g (men's shoe, On data).
Which one for autumn and winter in the city?
For the city, the Cloud 6 Waterproof is enough. If you often walk on mud or wet grass, or head out of town, choose the Geo Waterproof with a Missiongrip™ outsole.
