Thermos flasks and water bottles

Vacuum-insulated bottles keep your drink at the right temperature for over a dozen hours and are ideal for everything from the office to days out. Non-insulated water bottles are lighter and cheaper, but the drink inside them quickly reaches ambient temperature. The choice comes down to whether you want cold water in the afternoon or the lightest possible weight.

Width of the opening

A wide opening makes it easier to fill the bottle with ice and to clean it, whilst a narrow opening makes it easier to drink on the go without spilling.
