The Hierro v9 GORE-TEX is the all-weather version of the trail Hierro, here entirely in black. The GORE-TEX membrane protects your feet from wind, rain and water without taking away the breathability of the upper, so the shoe works on running paths and on hikes all year round, including in rain and mud.
The Fresh Foam X midsole has two layers: a softer one on top for comfort and a firmer one underneath for stability on uneven ground. The Vibram® Megagrip outsole with Traction Lug technology and a redesigned tread grips wet and dry surfaces, and Toe Protect shields your toes from rocks and roots. The tongue is joined to the upper at the sides.
