Flip-flops and sandals on sale – summer at lower prices
Summer footwear usually goes on sale at the end of the season, when only a few sizes remain. This is a good time to buy a pair for next year or for your next trip to a warmer destination. Here you’ll find both classic pool flip-flops and sandals that you can comfortably wear all day whilst walking around town – completely original and of the same quality as our regular range. With summer footwear, sizes sell out exceptionally quickly, as we order them in smaller quantities than sneakers.
Flip-flops or sandals? It depends on how much you walk
Flip-flops are ideal by the water, at the campsite and as footwear for a quick outing – they’re lightweight, easy to pack and water-resistant. Sandals with a heel strap provide better support for the foot, so they’re better suited to longer walks and uneven ground. If you’re looking for a single pair to last the whole summer, choose a style with adjustable straps: you can adjust them to fit both bare feet and thin socks. Also pay attention to the sole material: smooth plastic is lighter, but a grooved tread provides significantly better grip on wet tiles and jetties.
