The Stanley Vitalize Macro Method Crossbody Bag 9.5 l is a compact crossbody bag that fits a water bottle, a meal and small items for the whole day. The Black version suits both training and the daily commute to work or university. You can wear the bag on the left or right shoulder, so you can adapt it to yourself.

At the back there is a zipped drinks compartment compatible with IceFlow products, including the IceFlow AeroLight Bottle and IceFlow Tumbler. A pull-out stabilising divider keeps the drink upright and separates it from the rest of the contents. The main pocket holds food, a light jacket and accessories, and the zipped front pocket has a key clip. The padded adjustable strap has a stretch mesh pocket for a phone and cards, and a breathable mesh back panel improves carrying comfort.
