Men's On Cloud 6 – light all day long
The Cloud 6 is the sixth generation of On's best-known model. A wider opening and a new insole make it easier to put on, and a better-built heel gives more support. The men's colours are mostly calm, easy-to-match shades – from black and white to greys, beiges and olives.
Men's versions
- Cloud 6 – Zero-Gravity foam in CloudTec® clouds, a Speedboard® plate and speed laces. 8 mm drop, approx. 267 g.
- Cloud 6 Waterproof – a waterproof membrane and a grippier sole, for rainy days. Approx. 296 g.
- Cloud 6 Geo Waterproof – for the city and easy trails: Missiongrip™ outsole, mudguard, toe cap and toggle laces. Approx. 329 g.

Sizing
On shoes fit like Nike and New Balance – choose the same size. In larger sizes, compare the insole length (CM tab) with the shoes you wear. If the Cloud 6 feels tight, swap the elastic laces for the classic ones – in our experience the shoe is then more comfortable and fits better. A spare set of laces comes in the box with the Cloud 6.

Do On shoes need breaking in?
No. In our experience, On shoes fit right from the start and you can wear them all day.
What do men's Cloud 6 go with?
Jeans, chinos and joggers, and in calm colours also smart-casual office outfits.
Cloud 6 or Cloud 6 Waterproof?
For most days the regular Cloud 6 is enough – it is lighter and more breathable. Choose the Waterproof if you often walk in the rain or want a shoe for autumn.
How is the Cloud 6 different from the Cloudtilt?
The Cloudtilt is softer and has a sock-like construction. The Cloud 6 has a more classic silhouette and a more stable, springy sole with Zero-Gravity foam and a Speedboard® plate.
