Can I use the Challenger 8 on the road?
Yes, it is a road-to-trail model – the low lugs work well on tarmac and hard-packed paths while still gripping on gravel and dry trails.

Does the Challenger 8 handle mud?
The 4 mm lugs are enough for dry paths and gravel, but for wet, muddy terrain a shoe with deeper lugs, such as the HOKA Speedgoat 7, is better.
