The Cloudmonster Void is On's “maximalist icon” redesigned for everyday wear. The Alloy / Glacier version is grey and understated, so the big sole doesn't overpower an outfit.
Underneath is the same setup as in the Cloudmonster: Helion™ foam and large CloudTec® elements. The upper is made of haptic mesh with moulded overlays, Speedboard® provides stability, and TPU lace loops plus a perforated microfibre tongue complete the build. Rubber outsole segments provide grip.

Do On shoes need breaking in?
No. In our experience, On shoes feel right straight out of the box and you can wear them all day.
Cloudmonster Void or Cloudmonster 1?
Both versions are made for everyday wear and have the sole with On's biggest clouds. The Void has a technical mesh with overlays, while the Cloudmonster 1 has a seamless upper with hidden eyelets.
Can you run in the Cloudmonster Void?
In our experience: for everyday wear, the gym, the treadmill and short warm-up runs (5–15 minutes) – absolutely. For regular, longer runs, choose the Cloudmonster running model.
